Install Instructions
1. Disconnect from Internet and Run BlockHosts.bat as Administrator
2. Install CyberLink PowerDirector Ultimate, and do not run it
3. Merge the given registry (.reg) file
4. Run CyberLink PowerDirector Ultimate, import MKV or MP4, go to Produce tab, choose H265, click start.
5. You will have codec activation pop up, choose I don’t have internet connection.
6. Insert any numbers like 111111111, click OK. Codec activation done.
7. That’s all 🙂
